By accessing or using this website, purchasing tickets, or attending any event at Terns, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the site or attend our events.

1. Eligibility & Age Verification

  • Entry to events serving alcohol is strictly 21 years and above.

  • Valid government photo ID must be presented on request.

  • Management reserves the right of admission to ensure guest safety and compliance. Admission may be refused or revoked in cases of intoxication, unsafe conduct, or breach of venue rules.

 

2. Nature of Tickets & GST Treatment

  • Unless otherwise stated, tickets sold on the site are fully redeemable F&B credit (cover).

  • No GST is charged at ticket sale.

  • GST is applied once only—on your food and beverage bill at redemption, per applicable law.

  • If a ticket includes any non-redeemable entry component, that portion carries 18 % GST and is clearly itemized on the invoice.

 

3. Payments & Confirmation

  • Payments are processed securely via PayU Payments Pvt. Ltd. (UPI, cards, net-banking).

  • We do not store full card or UPI details.

  • Prices are in INR and include any applicable platform or service fees shown at checkout.

  • Bookings are confirmed only when you receive the official QR ticket at your registered email or phone.

4. QR Tickets & Entry

  • Each ticket has a unique QR code valid for one scan only.

  • Only the first valid scan grants entry; duplicates or forged copies are void.

  • Keep your QR secure — you are responsible for misuse.

  • Re-entry, last-entry time, and capacity limits are at management discretion and noted on each event page.

  • If entry is denied due to overselling or capacity limits, you will receive a full refund as per Clause 7.

5. Redemption of Fully-Redeemable Tickets

  • Ticket value is redeemable only on the same event date against food and beverage purchases at Terns.

  • No cash refunds or carry-forwards for unused balances.

  • VIP/Table Packages apply only to the designated table and expire with the event.

  • Redemption is subject to menu availability and GST at billing.

6. Seating & Table Packages

  • General-admission tickets grant access to shared zones.

  • VIP/Table Packages guarantee reserved seating for the stated number of guests and may include priority entry/service.

  • Seating may be adjusted for safety or weather, with equivalent or better accommodation provided where possible.

7. Event Changes, Postponement & Cancellation

  • Artist, line-up, décor, or schedule changes may occur and are not grounds for automatic refund.

  • Postponed events: tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend, request a refund within the announced window.

  • Cancelled events: full refund of the ticket value (including platform fee we collected) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • We are not liable for travel, accommodation, or incidental costs.

 

8. Refunds, Transfers & Resale

  • All sales are final, except under Clause 7 or where required by law.

  • Name changes or transfers may be permitted at our discretion with valid proof and notice.

  • Tickets from unauthorized resellers or third parties are invalid; no entry or refund will be honored.

 

9. Conduct, Safety & House Rules

  • Harassment, discrimination, violence, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

  • Bag checks may be conducted; prohibited items (outside alcohol, drugs, weapons, recording gear) will be refused.

  • Outside food/drinks are not allowed except for medical necessity (inform staff).

  • Service of alcohol may be refused to intoxicated guests.

  • Dress code applies (smart casual minimum; themed attire encouraged).

  • Loud music, strobe lights, and smoke effects may be used—sensitive guests should take precautions.

 

10. Photography, Videography & CCTV

  • Entry implies consent to photography and filming for security and promotional purposes.

  • Guests who prefer not to appear should notify staff at entry; we will make reasonable efforts to exclude or blur identifiable imagery.

  • CCTV operates for safety; footage is retained for limited time unless needed for investigation.

11. Food, Allergies & Health

  • Notify servers of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.

  • Despite best efforts, cross-contact may occur.

  • Alcohol consumption is voluntary; please do not drink and drive.

  • Guests accept inherent risks (noise, crowds, lighting effects) and agree not to hold Terns liable except for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

 

12. Lost Property

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

  • Found items are held for a limited period; email team@stayhabitat.com for assistance.

13. Pricing & Invoices

  • Prices may change without notice until checkout completion.

  • F&B bills will include applicable GST and serve as valid tax invoices.

  • For corporate invoices with GSTIN, provide details at purchase — retrospective updates may not be possible.

14. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • For payment issues, contact team@stayhabitat.com or +91 99433 77773 before raising a chargeback.

  • Unjustified chargebacks may result in ticket cancellation and booking restrictions.

15. Third-Party Marketplaces & External Links

  • Tickets purchased via BookMyShow, Paytm Insider, or other partners are subject to their own terms.

  • We receive limited attendee data solely to verify entry.

  • External links on our site are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

 

16. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, logos, images, menus, videos) is owned or licensed by Terns.

Personal use only is permitted; commercial use or re-publication requires written authorization.

 

17. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle cookies, PayU payments, QR check-ins, and CCTV.

By purchasing tickets or attending events, you acknowledge this policy.

 

18. Accessibility & Support

Guests needing access assistance should contact team@stayhabitat.com in advance.

We will make reasonable efforts within safety and regulatory limits.

19. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures arising from circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, power outages, government orders, strikes, or epidemics.

 

20. Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • We make no warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected ticket(s).

  • Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence or fraud.

 

21. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Terns, its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful acts at the venue.

 

22. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in full force.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and event-specific notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and Terns.

 

23. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The new version will appear here with the revised date. Continuing to use the site or tickets after changes constitutes acceptance.

 

24. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to consumer protection statutes.

  • Alternatively, at our option, disputes may be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, seated in Coimbatore, proceedings in English.
