Payments: Processed securely by PayU Payments Pvt. Ltd. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details. PayU is PCI-DSS Level-1 compliant and RBI-authorized.

CCTV footage: Recorded for safety at the venue, retained briefly unless required for investigations.

5. Fully-Redeemable Tickets & GST

Tickets sold on our site act as prepaid F&B credit.

GST applies only once, at the time of billing for food and beverages redeemed inside Terns.

If a ticket includes a non-redeemable entry component, that portion will carry GST @18% and will be explicitly shown on the event page and invoice.

13. Age Limit
Entry to events serving alcohol is strictly 21+.
Minors are not permitted inside licensed areas.
